Miranda Flynn is a National Sales Manager in Avient Corporation's Specialty Engineered Materials (SEM) division for North America. She joined Avient in February 2017 as an Application Development and Technical Service Engineer. Miranda's role involves helping customers understand application requirements to recommend the best-engineered thermoplastic solutions. She has participated in many projects that have assisted customers with part consolidation and metal-to-plastic conversion using Avient's long fiber technology. Miranda also supports customers with mold-filling simulations and offers on-site injection molding support.

Miranda holds a Bachelor of Science in Plastics Engineering Technology from Pennsylvania State University, The Behrend College.
