Rebecca Peltzman is a Product Manager for the Specialty Engineered Materials (SEM) division at Avient Corporation. In this role, Rebecca manages Avient’s thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) portfolio, which supports the transportation and consumer end-market customers. In addition to her product responsibilities, Rebecca is the Sustainability Lead for the Product Management team. She has led several product launches and initiatives that help drive Avient’s sustainability journey forward.

Rebecca has eight years of experience within the plastic industry, starting in the Commercial Development Program at Sabic in 2015. Rebecca joined Avient in 2018 as a Sales Representative and was promoted to Senior Sales Representative in 2021. Rebecca joined the Product Management team in 2022.

Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Carolina.
