William Pepe is a Senior Technology Manager with Avient Corporation’s Specialty Engineered Materials (SEM) division. His primary responsibility is to lead and manage diverse teams of engineers, scientists, and technicians in various roles within the Technology organization, focusing on Application Development and Technical Service (ADTS).
William joined Avient (formerly GLS) in 2003 in a development position. He has since held various roles throughout his 20+ year tenure at Avient, including international assignments in Suzhou, China, and São Paulo, Brazil. William is a certified Master Black Belt through Avient’s Lean Six Sigma program. He worked for several years as a product manager for the thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) division before accepting his current leadership role in SEM technology.
William has a bachelor’s degree in biology from Carthage College.
